Pointe
Pre Pointe is the introduction to Pointe work and includes strengthening and stretching exercises for feet, ankles and legs which begins with barre work and gradually progresses to center and floor exercises.
Pointe is for intermediate and advanced ballet dancers with proper training and developed muscular capability. Pointe includes barre and center Pointe exercises and basic combinations, turns and variations. Pointe is to be taken in conjunction with ballet technique classes and requires instructor permission.
