Jennifer Costello
Jennifer Costello brings over twenty years of dance experience and performance to Foothills Dance Studio. Her professional training began under the direction of John Clifford at the Los Angeles Ballet Company. She also studied under the the private tutelage of Maria Debrasky, a principal with the Stuttgart Ballet. She received coaching from Patricia Standard of the Royal Ballet. Her professional dance career continued at Pasadena Dance Theater with Cynthia Young, Phillip Fuller and Charles Fuller. Performing throughout California, she appeared as a soloist with the Hayastan Dance Ensemble and Kalinin Russian Gypsy Dance Company at such venues as the Ambassador, Pantages and the Ford Theater to name a few. Jennifer began teaching at Pasadena Civic Ballet and has taught in the northern California area for the past eleven years. She feels that teaching dance is a way to impart a love for the arts and enjoys the connection she shares with each child as she fosters their development. We are thrilled to have Miss Jennifer teaching some of our Ballet/Tap Combination Classes as well as our Intermediate Ballet students.
